CODE OF ETHICS
On July 10, 2026, the Board of Directors of Bonaiti Serrature SpA approved the Company's Code of Ethics, part of its Organization, Management and Control Model.
The document sets out the principles of fairness, loyalty, integrity, and transparency that guide Bonaiti's activities, both internally and in relation to shareholders, customers, suppliers, collaborators, and the wider economic and social context in which the company operates. Its guiding principles include moral integrity and personal honesty, the value placed on human resources, protection of health and safety in the workplace, environmental care, and fair competition.
The Code of Ethics is binding for directors, executives, employees, external collaborators, and business partners, and also extends to suppliers and subcontractors. The document further establishes a system for reporting violations and a disciplinary framework to ensure compliance with the rules.
With this adoption, Bonaiti Serrature reinforces its commitment to responsible and transparent corporate governance, in the interest of all stakeholders.
